The CBR is pleased to announce that Bayer Canada has awarded the CBR an unrestricted Medical Education Grant of $25,000 to support 5 summer students to work in labs or clinics under the supervision of CBR Principal Investigators. This provides a unique and wonderful opportunity for our CBR members to enthusiastically encourage those students interested in a career in biomedical science with a much-needed hands-on experience.
Since the inception of the CBR, Bayer Canada has been a critical partner in sustaining its growth and expansion. The CBR greatly values this relationship in providing world-class education and research opportunities for our fundamental and clinical scientists of the future.
Details of this program can be found here: CBR Summer Studentships 2011 pdf.
