We are proud to share that Dr. Chris Overall has been honoured as a Distinguished University Scholar at UBC for 2023. Dr. Overall is the first faculty member from Dentistry to receive this distinction!

Dr. Overall will receive research operating funds from the Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic and stipend support.

Congratulations to Dr. Overall! Thank you for your contributions to UBC and to the Centre for Blood Research.

The Distinguished University Scholar program recognizes members of UBC Faculty who have distinguished themselves as exceptional scholars. The program runs every two years.
